Standard Mileage Reimbursement Rates


A Health FSA will allow reimbursement of travel expenses incurred for travel to and from your medical care provider.  A per mile rate is used to calculate the maximum reimbursement.

2018

$0.18 per mile

2017

$0.17 per mile

2016

$0.19 per mile

2015

$0.23 per mile

2014

$0.235 per mile (multiply by miles and then round to nearest cent)

2013

$0.24 per mile

Notes:

If submitting only a mileage claim be sure to include the provider's name and address, the date(s) of service, type of service, and number of miles traveled.

If submitting a mileage claim along with a medical claim you will only need to provide the number of miles traveled.
